Full Page - $200
Half Page - $150
Quarter Page - $100
$50 per hour charge for design needs exceeding two hours.
scanning - $30 per image
Stock Photos included in design fee. (limited to stock images available.)
Digital Alteration
Excessive corrections on non-camera ready
advertisement - $30 per hour
Artwork needing corrections to meet specifications
for Synergy - $30 per ad
Proofing
Up to two - No charge
Proofs (after two) - $20 each proof
Acceptable File Format
PDF embedded files only. No application files such as InDesign, QuarkXPress,
Illustrator, or Word will be accepted. Only include bleeds when creating your PDF.
Please do not include trim or printer's marks or page information on the final PDF.
All fonts must be embedded into the document during the PDF creation process or
turned into outlines before creating the PDF.
Color and Resolution
All elements in ads must be built in CMYK or grayscale with a resolution of 300 dpi and PDF format.
Images used from a web site are not acceptable as they are 72 dpi and RGB.
Ad Orientation
Content must read left to right and no sideways or upside down rotation allowed.
Policy for Past-Deadline Artwork
Materials that are not received by submission deadlines will be automatically be filled with the an advertisement on file
or an ad will be created and the design fees will be billed in addition to ad placement price. Advertiser cancellations
after deadline will be charged the full advertising fee. Payments not made prior to printing will be assessed a $50 late
payment fee and $50 the first of every month there after.
